How do you work with existing team on a project?
A: We integrate as an extension of your team, working side by side with you — as if we’re part of the Ventrac team. Our approach is flexible, collaborative, and always focused on what’s best for the organization, not just our role in it.
Is this right for us if we already have an in-house team?
A: Absolutely. We’re here to support and be an extension of your internal team — not replace them. Our role is to work hands on with you, ensuring the internal team shines and the credit ultimately goes to them for a successful project
How long does the transformation process take?
A: Great question — and one of the most important. First, we would assess the current state and requirements. Typically, a complete experience transformation could take 6 to 9 months, depending on scope and readiness. And can be expedited as well.
Do we need to go through all the steps mentioned?
A: Steps 1 through 5 are essential for a successful transformation. Step 6 is optional and can be taken on anytime after the initial rollout. Though If certain components — like your brand kit — are already in place, we can skip accordingly if we want to keep them as is.
Is this a one-time project or an ongoing engagement?
A. This is a one-time, end-to-end transformation project. That said, if you’d like continued support with maintenance, design, or communications after launch — we’re here to help. Ongoing work would simply be scoped separately from this engagement.
