  • Success in leading sales teams and driving performance improvements.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, data utilization, and process optimization.
  • Experience aligning sales and marketing efforts to achieve strategic goals.
  • Background in Business/IT Consulting and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
