Overview

As a Project Manager (Agile Methodology), you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver transformation projects that drive both business outcomes and human impact. This role combines hands-on project leadership, Agile coaching, and delivery excellence to ensure our clients’ initiatives are executed seamlessly and meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities


Agile Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
  • Plan and execute sprints, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, enabling cross-functional collaboration and adaptive planning.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Serve as the central point of contact for client engagement, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate progress through reports, dashboards, and sprint metrics for leadership visibility.
  • Build and nurture relationships with client teams, aligning delivery with their culture, priorities, and people.
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
  • Identify dependencies, constraints, and risks - proactively developing mitigation strategies.
  • Drive retrospectives to refine processes and elevate team performance over time.
  • Measure success through delivery outcomes, customer satisfaction, and team engagement metrics.

Collaboration & Coaching

  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles to enhance collaboration and ownership.
  • Partner with product owners, designers, data engineers, and business leads to ensure seamless integration across workstreams.
  • Uphold MicroAgility’s “right people, right time” and “seamless execution” values in every engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3years in Agile delivery.
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)and delivery tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Preferred

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agilecertification.
  • Prior experience with digital transformation, data &analytics, or technology adoption projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) or hybrid delivery environments.
