In this strategic role, you will be responsible for deeply understanding our company's ethos, our market's needs, and our unique value in the industry. Your mission will be to define, refine, and articulate our company's mission, vision, values, USPs, and VPs in a way that is compelling, unique, and resonant. You will collaborate closely with our team to unearth our core differentiators and craft a messaging framework that aligns with our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all our communications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research to understand customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders to define and refine the company's mission, vision, values, USPs, and VPs.

Develop a unique and identifiable brand voice and messaging framework that will be applied across all company materials.

Create compelling brand promises and narratives that clearly differentiate our company in the consulting and IT staffing spaces.

Work collaboratively with marketing and leadership teams to ensure messaging aligns with overall company strategies and campaign goals.

Lead initiatives to embed our brand voice and messaging framework across all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand strategy, communications, or a related field, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of the consulting or IT staffing industries, with the ability to identify and articulate unique value propositions and selling points.
  • Strong research skills, with a passion for understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, with experience leading brainstorming sessions and working closely with teams to uncover insights and solutions.
  • Independent, initiative-taking approach, with the ability to drive projects forward and collaborate effectively with team members across different functions.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with a knack for crafting messages that resonate and differentiate.
