Leading a team today requires a different approach than in years past, due in part to the development of cross cultural teams. In today’s era of global business, companies must keep this in mind. Some businesses might include many companies in different parts of the world, and provide services worldwide. It is essential to respect cultural diversity in order to maintain success in this type of business.
