For fresh graduates, we offer a vigorous in-house training program, which includes various topics on Management and Technology. Many of our new Agilians are expected to complete the training program prior to joining a project. Following the completion of the training program, you will be encouraged to manage and develop your career strategically, by building a portfolio of assignments.
