Program Management Office

MicroAgility’s Program Management Office (PMO) is a strategic management structure designed to reduce the risk of project failure and ensure successful project deliverables. The PMO aligns project execution with the client’s business; draws on the knowledge of different groups within MicroAgility; and can make recommendations on new technology choices.

We have set up many PMOs for our clients and ensured project success. The MicroAgility Program Framework™ offers the flexibility and adaptability required to meet our clients' PMO objectives. Our guiding principles for PMO include:

  Reduce redundancy

  Build partnerships with stakeholders

  Manage and schedule resources effectively

  Measure and evaluate program performance

  Ensure accountability within the PMO structure

  Maximize value of IT investments and minimize risk

  Align business objectives with innovative IT solutions

  Build/manage centralized documentation repository

  Provide centralized management of all projects in the

    program including cost, risk, quality, optimization,

    scope control, metrics, coordination, communication,
