MicroAgility’s Program Management Office (PMO)
is a strategic management structure designed to
reduce the risk of project failure and ensure
successful project deliverables. The PMO aligns
project execution with the client’s business;
draws on the knowledge of different groups
within MicroAgility; and can make
recommendations on new technology choices.
We have set up many PMOs for our clients and
ensured project success. The MicroAgility
