MESSAGE FROM sajid A. khan

Founder of CXO Community

Dear Group Members,

Welcome to the October edition of our monthly newsletter.

Business and IT consultants are change agents. The consultant’s role can often be challenging since organizations are naturally resistant to change and consider it to be wrapped in layers of uncertainty, ambiguity, and risk. To become a successful consultant, you need to learn how to inspire the people you work with and lead them to the vision you’ve created for their optimum success. This requires exceptional leadership skills, strengthening your own self-awareness, knowing your strengths and weaknesses, and being fully dedicated to your own self-development. You also need to ensure that your emotional intelligence is primed by mastering social awareness and relationship management in order to build a good rapport with others.

If you have what it takes to be a great consultant, join our newly launched online consulting platform, iAgility.com, which is for sophisticated consultants and clients to revolutionize the industry by bridging service delivery gaps. I would love to hear from you, so please let me know if there is anything we can do to make your experience better! Feel free to reach out to me anytime with any feedback or questions.

Thank you very much for your time and continued support.

Sincerely,

Sajid A. Khan, Your Business Partner

Founder of CXO Community

Dear Group Members,

Welcome to the September edition of our monthly newsletter.

Team building practices are an imperative part of business goals. When aiming for corporate improvement, team building practices do more than offer experiences through exercises, such as growing employee abilities and correspondence and keeping those outcomes even after the team building activities end. The essential step to building a team and leading them effectively is to establish your leadership with each employee. If done correctly, team building can be a game changer, resulting in company growth and better results.

Please reach out to me directly if you need help for building or managing a new team for an upcoming IT project.

Thank you very much for your time and continued support.

Sincerely,

Sajid Khan, Your Business Partner

Dear Group Members,

Welcome to the August edition of our monthly newsletter.

The demands of the new computerized economy have made information technology more fundamental to business accomplishment than any time in recent memory. Despite the fact that data innovation has advanced from its conventional introduction of authoritative help toward a more key part inside an organization, associations can augment the present opportunities to wind up a change creator and convey needs of the business. Organizations today need to be more dynamic and up to date to be able to cope with the new challenges. The digital age has enabled more competitors to emerge. This is why identifying a digital transformation strategy should always be a paramount consideration for businesses.

Please reach out to me directly if you need help with your digital transformation initiatives.

Thank you very much for your time and continued support.

Dear Group Members,

Welcome to the July edition of our monthly newsletter.

As someone with a substantial role as a change agent, consultants must build leadership skills and establish a reputation as a problem solver. The consultant’s role can often be challenging, as organizations are resistant to change and consider it to be wrapped in layers of uncertainty, ambiguity, and risk. As a consultant, you are constantly engaged in an analytical process that detects and diagnoses systems inefficiencies, business problems, and root causes. After finding the problems and causes, consultants are tasked with designing solutions and changes that almost always disrupt the status quo of the organization.

Please reach out to me directly if you need help with your business transformation initiatives.

Thank you very much for your time and continued support.

MESSAGE FROM sajid A. khan

Founder of CXO Community

Dear Group Members,

Welcome to the June edition of our monthly newsletter.

“How does an entrepreneur establish and successfully maintain a business?” This is the most common question at many start-ups forums. The first step is to recognize what needs to be done and to figure out how to do it. There are a great deal of things that entrepreneurs need to know to make the best decisions regarding successful establishment and day-to-day operations of running their ventures. They need to be up to date on things such as market research and knowledge, supply and demand, buyer expectations, competition, and the current industrial trends.

Business consultancy firms play a vital role in helping entrepreneurs achieve success. While entrepreneurs strategize how to meet their goals, the help of outside consultants can mitigate risks and ensure success in their endeavors.

Please reach out to me directly if you need help with the successful execution of your digital strategies.

Thank you very much for your time and continued support.

Sincerely,
Sajid Khan, Your Business Partner

Founder of CXO Community

Dear Group Members,

Welcome to the May edition of our monthly newsletter.

I always lay emphasis on slogan: “To get the best work, you need to hire the best people”. No matter how well prepared you are with ideas, planning or technology, without the right people and skillsets, your project will not succeed. Having the right project management platform will provide additional security for your project by allowing you to evaluate and oversee the team you have assembled. If you do not have the talent in house to assemble a team with the best skills, you should consider outsourcing various components of the project.

Please reach out to me directly if you need help in assembling a right team for your upcoming project.

Thank you very much for your time and continued support.

This data-driven approach optimizes investments while improving project risk management performance.

Project Risk Management is the featured topic in discussion section of our group for this month. Feel free to reach me if you have any on-going IT project where you need help and support.

MESSAGE FROM sajid A. khan

Dear Group Members,

Business transformation occurs when a company makes a change in administrative procedures with the intention to organize people and enhance their performance. There are many unnerving studies that claim up to 75% of major corporate activities come up short. However, what that measurement doesn’t tell us is the quantity of organizations that chose not to transform and paid a considerably higher cost with their stagnation.

There are three primary attributes of transformation to succeed:

  • Collaboratively building a clear structure
  • Accentuating the positive
  • Looking ahead

Let us know in the discussion section how you are planning to transform your business procedures. If you need any help, please reach out to me directly.

On behalf of MicroAgility, Inc., I wish you all the best for 2018.

Thank you very much for your time and continued support.
