Requirements:

1) GVP
- Strong hands on GVP Studio, ASP, Vxml
- Genesys CTI Integration .net
- Nuance Speech Recognition

2) Genesys
- Hands on Routing strategies
- Strong understanding of framework (7.6 and 8.0)
- Expert in Infomart

3) VHT
- VHT installation and configuration
- Genesys Routing Strategies
- Strong understanding of framework

For all of the above positions:
- Good communication skills - both oral and written, capable    to present status to management
- Must understand technical problems and solutions in    relation to the current, as well as the future technical    environment
- Knowledge and experience leveraging both telephony    solutions and business process improvements
- Desire Genesys-certification but not required

Experience:
- 8 Years plus of IT experience
